The new plan Dramatic Dolphin is a dedicated plan. It will give you 8 cores, 32 GB ram, 2000 GB data, and you are allowed to set up 500 concurrent connections for the price of $1999 per month.
If you sign up for a dedicated instance (Happy Hippo, Enormous Elephant Puffy Pigeon or Dramatic Dolphin) you will be able to create multiple databases and users on the same instance. You are also covered by SLA where we guarantee at least 99.95% availability and we will refund 50% of the cost for outage larger then that.
